Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Customers will receive confirmation when their order has been dispatched.


Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to:

  • Ireland
  • Northern Ireland
  • United Kingdom (where available)

If you require delivery outside these areas, please contact us before placing an order.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

Ireland: 1–3 business days
Northern Ireland / UK: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • courier availability
  • weather conditions
  • public holidays
  • rural delivery locations

Sneem Organic Wools cannot guarantee delivery times once orders have been dispatched.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

  • order size
  • delivery location
  • courier service

The final shipping price will be shown before completing payment.


Bulk Orders & Trade Deliveries

For large quantity or wholesale orders, delivery arrangements may differ.

Trade and bulk customers should contact us directly to arrange:

Returns Policy

EU Consumer Rights

Under EU consumer law, customers purchasing goods online have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period.


Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • unused
  • unopened
  • in original packaging
  • in resaleable condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Once approved, the product should be returned to the address provided.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Sneem Organic Wools cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued after returned products are received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.


Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the damage
  • description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot normally be returned:

  • opened fertiliser products
  • used products
  • items not in original condition

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty.
